The 6th edition of The Challenge Academy started with an Archicad course held by Zoran Popovici that guided students, regardless of their year, to a concrete result of their creative process. The idea of the edition is centered around a “common studio”.
We observe among the students the need for social reconnection and learning through shared experience. In this context, we have organized a team of assistants and professors from all over the country, to mentor TCA students in relation to the various dilemmas about architecture that they face in university, through studio assignments, or in personal projects, at various architectural competitions or personal experiments.
The mentoring took place during the group discussions, and the exchange of information and opinions was carried out not only from the mentor to the student, but also from one student to another.
The secondary goal of this edition was to confront both mentors and students with the various ways of teaching/ learning architecture.
